STATE/REGIONAL SCF PARTNERS

To manage the implementation of the implementation of the SCF within a state, the State UNA will recruit individuals who will function as either the State Partner (SP) contractors in the case of low population states to manage the operations over the whole state, or multiple Regional Partners (RPs) contractors to manage regions where the overall state population is higher. Collectively we will refer to these Partners as SP/RPs.

In order to implement the program effectively throughout the state, those SP/RPs will need to establish multiple District Offices to carry out the goals of the State UNA on a local basis.

SP/RPs perform a dual role in managing the implementation of the SCF in that state:

  1. The first role they perform is helping to implement the various programs, priorities and objectives set out by the Executive Committee (EC), and their various sub-committees, defined on the State UNA page. That may entail recruiting specific participants to join a particular effort, such as a) gathering all the non-profits in the state that are concerned with child, elder and other care providers, or b) all the non-profits concerned with environmental issues, etc. This helps to ensure a coordinated effort throughout the state with each of the targeted issues the State UNA chooses to address.
  2. The second role they perform is the recruiting, training and oversight of the various contractors who will work in the District Offices. The DOs are the key interface point between the State UNA and the general public. Those contractors will be responsible for a) recruiting the NFPs, SMEs, students, teachers and the general public to join the SCF/UNIEX banking system, and b) provide them with whatever level of support they need to take advantage of the SCF ecosystem.
